Maurice Scutts, of Blunsdon, was fined 5s. in respect of of five pigs which he had moved in an infected area without obtaining a license.] [Sat 26 Jul 1890, Oxford Journal, Oxfordshire. Stow-on-the-Wold, Petty Sessions Jul 24th. Before E. T. Godman, Esq,., Piars Thursby, Esq., and E. E. Leigh, Esq.
