No Scutts birth, marriage nor death certificate has been found for Joseph, nor a death certificate for wife Lucy. The sons Alfred/Albert and John are now considered to be Cutts. Yet daughter Sarah Ann Cutts is registered once as Cutts and once as Scutt, her daughter is registered as Scutts.]
