Notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Katherine Ella Scutt late of "Lydiate", Broadstone in the county of Dorset (the Wife of Walter Henry Scutt) who died on the 29th day of April 1938 and whose Will was duly proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of His Majesty's High Court of Justice on the) twelfth day of September 1938 by Midland Bank Executor and Trustee Company Limited of 27-32 Poultry in the city of London, the sole executor named in the said Will, are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the Manager, Midland Bank Executor & Trustee Company Limited, 59 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, or to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the first day of December 1938 after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims or demands then notified and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any persons of whose claims or demands the said Bank shall not then have had notice.
