ALBANY - A Cropseyville man admitted in Albany County Court to stealing $13,700 from an elderly Albany woman for unneseccary repairs. Schenectady Gazette - Dec 20, 1986 In another case 26 year old Brett D SCUDDS, of Cropseyville, was sentenced to four months in the Albany County Jail and five years probation by Judge G. Turner for his guilty plea to second-degree Grand Larceny in the fall of 1985. Judge Turner ordered him to repay the full amount, and the district attorney's office said Scudds had already paid the woman $5000.
