Notes The London Gazette [1972] I John Arthur Behn, of 139 Dale-street, Liverpool, Solicitor for JOHN SCOTT, of 47 Clarendon-road, Anfield, Liverpool, a natural born British subject, hereby give notice, that the said John Scott has assumed and intends henceforth upon all occasions and at all times to sign and use and to be called and known by the name of John Scott in lieu of and in substitution for his former name of John Skutt, and that such intended change or assumption of name is formally declared and evidenced by a deed poll under his hand and seal dated the llth day of August 1921, and enrolled in the Central, Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature, on the 12th day of August 1921 dated the 17th day of August 1921.
