Hampshire Chronicle, Monday 11 October 1819. Lot 20. Reynold's Living, consisting of three Tenements and Gardens, in Eastbrook, in the several occupations of George Scutt, George Eaton, and James Gillingham, tenants from year to year. All Orchard, near Leigh Pound, containing by estimation one acre. A Rick Yard, and Plot of Pasture adjoining, near Poole Corner, containing by estimation half an acre; and two Pieces of Arable Land, in Mill Field, near the Paper Mills, in Wimbourne, containing together admeasurement 3A. or. 10p more or less. The possession of the whole, except the Tenements, may had on the 5th April next This lot is held by lease, determinable with two lives about 34 and 9, and is subject to a Lord's rent of 12s. 8d.
