(2000) Robert Scutts 22, won his case against the Metropolitan Police in the High Court. In March 1995, Mr Scutts of Blackheath was studying for his A-levels at Dulwich College when the accident left him with serious head injuries, shattering his hopes of becoming a RAF pilot. "At about 10.30pm Mr. Scutts crossed College Road just north of .....".
