2 (Robert Jeremy Scutts ca 1977)

(2000) Robert Scutts 22, won his case against the Metropolitan Police in the High Court. In March 1995, Mr Scutts of Blackheath was studying for his A-levels at Dulwich College when the accident left him with serious head injuries, shattering his hopes of becoming a RAF pilot.
