In the Andrew's church, Burnham, Mr Ernest Vivian Talbot, son of Mr & Mrs John Talbot, of Cardiff, was married to Miss Dulcie Scutt, daughter of the late Mr Ernest Wellington Scutt, of Stogumber & of Mrs Scutt, of the South Myrtles, Burnham-on-Sea. The bride, whose pretty dress was of rose crepe-de-chine, was given away by her brother Mr Geoffrey Scutt. The best man was Mr Alister Gunn. The Rev. Prebendary H. E.
