Notes To be peremptorily sold, pursuant to a Decree of His Majesty's Court of Exchequer at Westminster, in a Cause Grimstone against Grimstone, before Peter Earnshaw and Thomas Sawdon, Gentlemen, under the Direction of Abel Moysey, Esq; the Deputy-Remembrancer of the said Court, on Thursday the 9th of April next, at the House of Jonathan Skutt, known by the Name of the Swan Inn, in Low Harrowgate, in the County of York, between the Hours of Four and Five of the Clock in the Afternoon, A Messuage and Lands late of Mark Grimstone, deceased, situate in the Parish of Paunall, in the said County. Particulars to behad of Abel Moysey, Esq; King's Remembrancer's Office in the Inner-Temple, London ; Mr. Earnshaw, Attorney, Knaresborough ; and Mr. Sawden Attorney, Whitby. (the year not known).
