William Randolph Scutt, 5 Avenue, Redland, commercial traveller, was summoned to Bath on Monday for driving a motor car in Newbridge Hill without a current driving license on July 11th. P.C. Bransgrove proved the case, and said tbe defendant told him it was an oversight. A fine of 20s. was imposed.
