Friend's and formerly Wm. Vinall's And also another piece in the same furlong adjoining the other piece, 100 ft by 25 ft. 6 in. part of a 4 paul piece formerly George Beaches and since Henry Beaches.] [Assignment by way of Mortgage - ref. Scutt, and then intended as a road, E., to the level, W., to James Clarke, N. and to other ground sold to ground sold by him to Mark Fricker, S., being part of 4 pauls formerly Swann's, afterwards Friend's, since Thos. The Assignees of Benjamin Scutt a bankrupt in 1811 conveyed the property in fee to the said Charles Rand and assigned a Mortgage term of 500 years to the said Richard Chase in trust.] [Benjamin died after Will 24 Feb 1801 & before Codicil 27 Dec 1819 (now between 1814-1819).]
