Notes [E S - 53yr.] [Dover Express, Kent, Friday 25 June 1937. Obituary Mr. E. Scutt. The funeral took place on Tuesday, at Charlton Cemetery, of Mr. Edwin Scutt, of 1 Russell Street, son of the late Mr. & Mrs. E. C. Scutt, who died on June 17th, aged 53 years. The Rev. C. K. Chadwick officiated. The mourners present were Mrs. Edwards & Mrs. Tew (sisters), Mr. H. T. Edwards (brother-in-law), Mr. Arthur Edwards (nephew) and Mr. R. Whitnall. Floral tributes were sent from Flo & Bert; Alf, Emily & family (Surrey); Cis & Harry, Ivy, Tom & family (Middlesex); Arthur, Florence & Joan; members, "Angel" Inn Slate Club.
