PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1928, all persons having claims against the property or estate of Frederick Charles Stride late of 13 Farquharson Road, West Croydon in the county of Surrey in England deceased who died on the eighth day of December, 1941, and probate of whose will was granted to Edwin James Scutt, police constable and Hilda Scutt his wife, both of 27 Ifield Road, London, in England the executors named therein, by His Majesty's High Court of Justice at Llandudno in England, on the sixth day of February, 1942, and an application for reseal of a sealed certified copy of the said probate was granted by the Supreme Court of Victoria on the third day of July 1942, to Francis George Fosbery of 120 William Street, Melbourne, in Victoria solictor the duly constituted attorney under power of the said executors are hereby required to SEND in PARTICULARS in writing of such ClaimsS to the said Francis George Fosbery on or before the ninth day of September 1942 after which date the said Francis George Fosbery will, in pursuance of section 86 of the Administration and Probate Act 1928, pay and/or hand over to the said executors the assets of the said deceased which shall have come to his hands or possession having regard only to the claims of which the shall have had notice.
