[Sussex Agricultural Express, Saturday 03 August 1907. Maintenance. Albert Clements was summoned by his wife for maintenance. Ethel Clements said that they were married in March last at Storrington. About five weeks ago he left her and she had not received any money from him since. William and Jane Scutt (parents of the complainant) gave evidence, and also the mother of defendant, many conflicting statements being made. The Bench made an order of separation, defendant contribute 4s. a week to his wife's maintenance and 10s.6d. costs.] [J A C - 73yr., d:1961 Feb 21 Dorking General Hospital, of 5 Oakfields, Ockley, Surrey (brick carter, retired).
