[John Scott stated as father.] [Salisbury and Winchester Journal, Monday 14 October 1833. The Revising Barristers (Messrs. Rowe and Hayward) held their Court for the revision of the lists of voters for this city, at the Council Chamber, on Monday, and concluded on Friday afternoon. Mr. Housman appeared in support of the voters in Capt. Bouverie's interest, and Messrs. Cobb and Alford for Mr. Wyndham's. The following were the most important cases, and were decided after considerable discussion:(inc.)James Skutt question rating disallowed] [Salisbury and Winchester Journal, Monday 17 November 1834. On Wednesday last, John Cother, Esq., took the oaths of office, as Mayor of this city, for the year ensuing. The following are the Constables for the ensuing year:- Sub Constables inc.
