The Drainage Works, Mr. Scutts, of Woodford, was appointed engineer at the eastern works, at a salary of 26s. per week, cottage rent free, and fuel. Jolly, corn merchant, of York Road, Lambeth, was fined 40s., for having been drunk, and incapable of taking care of horse and cart was driving.
